STR has been in the USA for a few months working on his love anthem which will be part of his first album. The actor is back on Indian shows and has returned to work with a vengeance. Work will resume on his pending films, Poda Podi with Varalakshmi and Vettai Mannan with Deeksha seth and Hansika.

The actor is also done shooting a commercial for 7up. GV Prakash has done the music for this ad and he has revealed to STR fans that the commercial will be aired in a few weeks. Allu Arjun is doing the Telugu version of the 7up commercial.
